Why the sell off, - is it pending corporate action or is it in anticipation of a CR when funding is approved. Either way it is blatantly wrong if it is one or the other.
If it is a possible CR, surely the company would release the BFS to hopefully provide a floor and stability prior
to a raising.
Can NST increase their percentage held of EAR if there was a CR directed only at sophisticated investors.
We will see.
