An ordinary meeting is a scheduled meeting that is held once a month.
An extraordinary is is an ad hoc meeting. Meaning, it is a meeting specifically to serve a purpose. This is telling us that ECT wants to approve the deal asap at board level. They dont wish to wait for their scheduled meeting.
