I am not meaning to be negative, just my take on the reality of the situation.

They have no money - so will need to raise at 0.1c

As demonstrated by the current value of the company, I believe the company's assets are valueless. Noah was a liar and that is now coming home to roost. I bet you the review says they are not worth pursuing perhaps with the exception of TSS which is a viable but boring consultancy.

So why do I hold? Because i think Marat and Tony G will get this back up on its feet and put a very nice asset into the company. This will likely take some time. Maybe 6 months.
