To my dear Dad, a very forgiving and happy man who died last year, 73 years after the abuse occurred with the names of Priests and Christian brothers etched deep into his nightmares, and would oft times quietly cry alone.

To the children who were beaten so badly they just disappeared at night never to be seen again.
My Dad, Aunt, and Uncle could all bare witness to that.

As for asking young abused children to read the life stories of Mandela and Luther King... I think you've lost the plot Red Cedar.

Finally, here's to the ignore facility on HC which I very rarely like to use.

We are all victims in life and unfortunately we can be dealt with a bad hand.

My brother got MS at 22 and lived for the next 30 years without being able to move or care for himself.

He never blamed anyone and remained cheerful.
