In theory yes. In the shares market, able to pick up at low sp and sell at high price is equal to having a crystal ball in your hand. So you know how difficult it is. Most billionaire investors will advise you to stay long-term and ignore short-term fluctuations and vulnerability to harvest bigger long-term gain.
