We should not pass judgement on anyone without understanding their world.
 
Pell was also following directions from above.

None is perfect and maybe we should save some of the outrage and blood letting for say;

The thousands who die every day from starvation,

those living under psychopathic dictators

The poor who will also and suffer due to a changing world as a result of  the excesses of the priveliged.
