BIN Trading Policy means that no insider can purchase shares on market until 1-day after the release of results...:
"from 6 weeks before the financial half year end to the start of trading on the first trading day after the Company’s half yearly results are announced to ASX"
Then up to 2-days grace to lodge Appendix 3Y (at least for directors)
