Nice pick up. I know that David Greenberg (Updater CEO) is hoping for at least a US$1bn valuation after the capital raising, so we'll see how that goes, but hopefully we can get there.
I think that after the capital raising they'll do a share buy-back which will give shareholders an opportunity to sell out some of their holdings.
