Based on the conference call when AT said he was in Argentina in the first week of December (??) to find out if the transfer with Salta courts could be expedited, I assume that GXY was hoping that Salta courts would be able to complete the transfer within that month, which obviously did not happen.

If GXY came out with an announcement on week1 or 2 of December that the transfer at Salta that the transfer would not complete within the calendar year, but then the Salta court did manage, they would be accused of misinformation.

I guess it would have been better to say back then that is it being held up, that the transfer may or may not complete within the calendar year.
