haha i am pretty sure he meant if you are in doubt about what the ann might be in regards to the placement price - not in doubt about the SP in general.
And yeah I agree it is hard to imagine the placement would be below 11.5c - but also hard to imagine it being much higher when you could buy on market around those prices a week or so ago.
