I don't think you have a clear view of my reasons for posting on Aboriginal issues.

I mentioned in a recent thread that as a nation we have a 'shadow' that will not pass until we bring to light the past wrongs.

I'm not looking to lay blame, but to challenge readers to acknowledge our past. In order to do that I am posting on a wide range of topics from genetics to issues related to intelligence. 

How many appreciate the brilliance of David Unaiapon--someone who is well above the standard genius level of around 150 on the Western scale of IQ.

I want readers to understand the Aboriginals are no different to whites in terms of intelligence--something used to remove white guilt about the genocide of the natives--;they are only at the level of animals,'  was a typical impression.

When readers understand the whites were slaughtering people often with a greater innate potential than themselves they have nowhere to hide.

By understanding and accepting such issues the present generations will begin to lose the shadow and genuinely appreciate that we are all the same --all Africans and nothing else.

I have suggested changes to the Australia Day celebration in the thread the Southern Cross Celebrations. That thread allows us as a nation to reflect on out past on the 25th of Jan and then move forward as one on the 26th.
