Attached is a pdf version of the flyer (redacted of the forecasts) that I plan on distributing along with my Financial Model (which just needs to be cleaned up before being sent).
Please feel free to post any additional content that you think could be included.
I am thinking of issuing to all of these parties (cmon's list):
#1 CHK (~688K acres) is fully committed in buying WRD (northern EFS not shown)
#2 EOG (~520K acres) ... can't see SEA competing for capital against their existing EFS assets
#3 Magnolia Oil & Gas (~475K acres) ... also fully committed. (460K acres is Giddings field (AC))
#4 BP (~431K acres) ... fully committed to digesting BHP acreage acquired
#5 SN (~280K acres) ... heading for CH11?? Focus is Dimmit county Comanche/Catarina
#6 Apache (250K acres) ... pivoted to Permian (Alpine High). No Capex on EFS
#7 COP (~213K acres) ... can't see SEA competing for capital against their existing EFS assets
#8 SM (~165K acres) ... no synergy with SEA. Acreage concentrated in Webb County (sth of Dimmit)
#9 Marathon Oil (~145K acres) ... YES ... possible EFS synergies
#10 Murphy Oil (~125K acres) ... YES ... possible EFS synergies
Hopefully we get a bite - but I guess it is almost inevitable that these guys are already aware of SEA's assets and are just not interested for whatever reason. We can always hope though...
Wouldn't mind getting a gig as a buy side advisor - I have not dealt in the o&g space before...
Thoughts?
