Big month or so ahead for PLS:
1. Finalisation of Stage 2 debt
2. Commercial Production declared (with guidance on operating costs?)
3. POSCO JV commercial terms agreed and approved.
Followed in Q2 by:
1. Stage 2 construction commencement
2. POSCO JV financing approved
And possibly a new offtake deal for Stage 3???
All within the context of stable/growing lithium carbonate prices in China.
However, the big issue for PLS remains operating costs. If they can stabilise costs anywhere near the DFS forecasts, we are going to see some fireworks, IMO.
