I think it's way to early for that type of assumption.
These are results for 8-9 weeks into an infant international product launch. There'll be a hell of alot more outgoing marketing expense yet, but the early stage growth numbers well and truly justify the spend.
The single biggest difference between a successful business and thousands of failures is its ability to market it's products effectively.
