The Abbey pain scale is free to use. so they are competing with free. Aged care centres are so tight with funds, thats why you end up with a the royal commission into the care of residents. They are also damn slow to adopt changes. Can't say they got it wrong, but neither can say its perfect too.
" even people in the industry are staying away, how many shares does Dr Abbey have ?" this information has never been disclosed so no one can answer that. You mustn't have even read her endorsement.
