Honestly - I expected better from g8 but given Think Childcare also announced a decline in earnings - much higher rate vs. G8 and lower dividends - yet share price is up 14% - really cooks my blood. (not that I have any blood left). regardless 3.85% in G8 is better value compared to keeping it in my CBA bank account giving me 1.5% in interest and pay tax after that also.
