I found Martin Rowley to be easily approachable and open to any question I put to which he gave an educated and measured answer - very positive.
No time pressure involved either - don't know where you were or what you did to indicate any perceived poor treatment.
I'm looking forward to having another chat with him at the next AGM - all good for me.
