Perhaps he needs to change the name to avoid some kind of liability when this shuts down eventually. Is that the plan and all is right on target or is he really trying to make something of this mess- even a the AGM not much of substance was giving up by him- if there is any at all up to now.
Any lawyers here know about this sort of thing?- His steps so far and name change- any logical pattern- doing it by the book so he can move on to the next one?
