I remember AT telling in last quarterly update that with $280 mill from POSCO + cash from Mt Catllin operation, GXY can fund SDV and that's why they are in no rush to do JV.
But now with $95 million hole (30% tax payable to Argentina govt) on $280 million from POSCO, pray that management gets JV done sooner rather than later else SP will be in free fall and when the JV ann will not matter much.
