If this is correct (I would expect MacQ has done its homework before issuing the report), this skews the risk-return equation IMHO.
Significant upside on my high level DCF (assuming spot prices and Nifty ramping up to 40ktpa over next 2 years) and risk of near term dilution because of CR much reduced.
I think I was lucky to pick some up yesterday on a lowball offer.
