    IMHO, this sounds like an organisation undertaking a very serious due diligence for one of two reasons:

    1/ A possible take over of CCE in order to get access to their patents at a very cheap price or

    2/ To come in as an eguity partner for the Albany CETO 6 engagement.

    My gut feel is a take over option. If that is the case, any such take over option is likely to be based on a premium to the last 5 days VWAP

    Just my gut feeling
