Now this was a while ago, but I think when CLA gained 99% (?) share of the project, Gecko got a load of shares and a position on the Board. So, maybe they are just cashing out this arrangement and we have finally 'paid' our debt.
However, this would not be great as even Gecko mentioned that they would not be able to take this to mine as too advanced. In this case, we really are looking for a buyer.
Just my thoughts.
