My thought is - the last reports have been damming and extremely bad(close to the worst you can get really)...can the next report be better that extremely bad? Well that is probably not hard to do is it!
Even if the report was just a bad(not extremely bad) or just average ..then surely the SP will go up off this very low tested base....hmmmm
Easy to shine in a dark room as they say!
