I wasn’t able to make it to this year’s AGM, but I was there last year when Gordon Toll accepted your “raspberry” for poor public relations. He was not confident about how to go about it and called on shareholders to make suggestions. In the intervening time, we had the horrific cost and time blowouts at the Oxides Project and our Board did not step up to the plate to explain the situation to the market and to support the share price. They would not even tell shareholders what happened (other than saying in a couple of terse announcements that “deficiencies” were found), despite being asked repeatedly to do so. Given this information vacuum, the share price was trashed. It is then a bit rich for Phil Wood to say what you quoted in your post … as if shareholders are just being tiresome nuisances. It seems we still have an arrogant Board
