It's a cracker of a result.
While growth in full-year Profit Before Tax was an impressive 16%, this masks the strong second-half growth of 21% (first half growth was 10%).
And it's not a case of the company cycling a weak base to achieve that 21% increase, because Pre-Tax Profit for DY2017 was, itself, some 13% higher than its pcp.
So, she's compounding at quite a rapid clip.
I have to concede that I don't really know what it is that this company does so well - what it's "secret herbs 'n spices" are - that will allow it to continue to prosper in the years ahead.
