My take on this report is

This is a cash cow and cash flow positive company. The business is deteriorating but making lots of money still with profit margin over 26%. The underlying asset is growing by the day and now NTA is sitting over 24c per share. Ridiculously high compared with the share price.

In my personal preference, forget about the dividend since it will be unfranked anyway. Use the money to buy back shares to restore the share price value and get rid of weak-minded shareholders then sell the company after we rid off all the cash. Win win for all of us since no many believers left in this company........
