I checked dozens of Glassdoor reviews about DWS and what I read wasn’t glorious. I have been following DWS for years and I am not happy with the outlook.
I suspect that they can’t merge cultures together, this impacts their growth efforts through acquisition.
Culture is crucial when merging firms because of talent retention and reputation. Poor culture scares talents, and they end up leaving.
They need to spend time on redesigning their culture and make it a first class consulting firm to attract talents. Versent is an interresting example to follow, they have a good culture.
