WOW! Am I missing something here or is this stock trading miles below value??
Based on the announcement today, my back of the envelope numbers are...
Current market capitalisation is about $60M Australian Dollars
Base case development NPV = $586 US Dollars which is about $818M Australian Dollars
which translates to about 13.6c per share.
Extended case development NPV = $758 US Dollars which is about $1.053B Australian Dollars
which translates to about 17.5c per share
And all that is based on just 20% of their coal reserves (4Mt x 12 years = 48mt of about 240mt total)!
If I’m right, this thing could be a Disallowed coming up!!!
