Amigos, maybe I must have missed something, so please correct me if I'm wrong. The whole board and secretary have just resigned? The two new non-exec directors are lawyers? How do they explain these changes to the people who put up $0.7 million for the exploration program which was proposed just a couple of months ago? How do they explain it to the JV partner? How do they explain it to shareholders? I don't know about anyone else, but these guys blindsided me with regards the extent of the changes (and I went to the meeting on Tuesday). Now they must appoint a technical manager who can run this company. The person must have an understanding of the geology of iron-copper-gold deposits as well as a plan to explore Copper Blow (and the other tenements). The new board will have no time to learn on the job. Not happy Jan!
