it's all well Mr Harris saying that they have a fantastic management team but if they are not performing it costs the company alot of money .
I personally think they are paying far too many people and not getting back a return for money that means some of these people are liabilities if they are making money for the company keep them if not I would be saying after 3 months here is the door!
