That makes CUV #1 on list as Netwealth has 61% of equity in director/family hands and Promedicus 56%. These holdings are excluded from mkt cap for ASX200 purposes.
The other aspect is that mkt cap is calculated based on the average mkt cap over the previous 6 months. CUV has had an appreciating share price so the mkt cap under consideration is less than current mkt cap. Nevertheless discretion can be applied.
Before a company can be added, another has to drop out. This should occur in March and hopefully CUV will be #1 on the list to be added. Find out on 8 March.
