I hear you on the charity thing. I've said the same thing before as everyone does well (client and employees) except for shareholders.
I think the idea that Build might be flogged off or wound down is bringing interest. The result was particularly hampered by one-offs relating to shutting down of build in WA and QLD. Without Build losing money, the rest of the business would be higher margin/profit and could go back to paying a decent dividend yield.
