yes it will cost me $700k to convert.

The option is only 2% of the whole capital of FDL so shouldn't cause to much of a SP decline however there will be those that dont convert and sell and those that convert. then sell.

This will have some inpact on the SP in Sept but I would think a major change on the SP.
