This guy from coherent was stating that he expected the launch of laser tv 2007. He even said they won't be at CES but other companies with their technology will. I can only speculate it is mitsubishi since it was probably only mitsubishi that showed the laser tv.

My big question though is why did ARR announced that their customer was mitsubishi if they didn't really signed a deal? I doubt mitsu will buy from Coherent and ARR at the same time. Could it be MQG with all their connections found out what the internal laser tv looks like and saw it belonged to Coherent hence they are bailing out? I can only speculate. Novalux seems to have the product and ARR bought them out so I believe they have the technology.
