Dear everyone, what a fun week it has been. APT has seriously been my best mate since I 'discovered' it around 7-8 months ago. This week things are different for me coz I 'discovered' HotCopper... Whilst there are very split opinions, reading everyone's POV helped me make decisions and whether or not I'm good at this, I made some nice $$ this week. I just sold my lot, not as much as it COULD have but I'm off to the weekend smiling. So thanks everyone for your vibrant input.
My personal feeling - completely not based on any statistic - is that the prices are too rich for me now, so I'll come back in again when it's a little more affordable. Hahaha.
