You mainly own the 30% of XinRay to protect your IP, correct, because they own it?That’s correct, yes, and because they’re a strategic technology partner so having a seat on the board and steering their fortunes is good practice to protect a key partnership.

So XinRay owns the IP, they're a STP..and yet we sell out the 30% for inventory/stock supply? Where do we now stand on IP? What if they take their "bat and ball" home?

There better be a really good strategic partnership or corporate activity to make this stock anything other that a money sucking chasm ;-(
