Was this delivered tongue in cheek by a bloke who was awarded a 68% pay-rise based on performance?

Here are some cost-cutting ideas:
1. You want to save IT infrastructure costs? Turn it off.
2. Punt the non-performing staff. The CEO and Sales Guy Tot have to go. Expensive and under-performing. The HY says it all.
3. I am unsure the value of flying to London to be part of a 30 minute panel discussion. How were the canapes?
