AH are a law firm. They will represent their client only if the client pays. Their reputation will not be dented 1 iota if chm fail to get to the barrier. I repeat not 1 iota.
The reason chm will not make it too far is that they cant fund the case unless they borrow or issue more equity. Both scenarios are painful for chm shareholders.
