To entertain your view, by the looks of it they will have paid for the first batch in the CR. ( They are listed as assets under construction in the dec18 financials, and company will pay gomspace from the CR according to the prospectus )
Once they are launched and producing revenue ( which is slated for Sep 19+, it sounds like the company will then gain some kind of borrowings to pay for the other 184 as they are in discussions currently )
As more come online, then the minimum revenue should go up to the 21-40 million USD revenue for the 3 already announced signed contracts.
21 Million USD would be enough to pay for 30+ sats and a launch. That is just ignoring the other 30 MOU's and any other type of possible revenue source. 6 months to go
