given the median survival with metastatic gastric cancer is 4-6 months( with chemotherapy)even the small numbers in phase 1 may make significance, and, a trial without "SOC" likely to gain approval.
Love to see the survival chart on the 18 patients, maybe at the presentation. Phase 2 will be a bit of a wait, but phase 1 progress reports look very promising.
