even with a deal (weigh I strongly maintain they don't have) the money is not a payout. It is to fund new research and trials for the vaccine. So it won't help the cashflow problem anyway. Ahz can't spend the money on adapt, on tavr, or on day to day operations.
Forget the end of the year. Without infusion sale we are talking about the end of March IMO.
