Same as any foods prepackaged, manafactured they’re always junk.
You want “super foods” you go straight to the source.
It is worthwhile researching how they are best prepared to absorb the maximum nutritional benefit & release of nutients though.
For example -
Tomatoes are best lightly fried.
Brocoli raw
Carrots roasted
Etc etc
Also vitamin c helps absorb iron whilst coffee & alcohol do the opposite. Doesn’t taste as good but a steak for example is better eaten with a glass of orange juice than wine or alternatively i like a steak with lemon juice squeezed over it and/or as salad dressing.
