Opp what fantasy land are you living in?? Go back and look at all the previous CRs and tell me who is getting these “cheap”, I’ve bought into multiple SI raisings and none have been a significant discount. Previous holders of KDG dumping is my hypothesis until someone can provide some better insight.
$20-30m market cap is pretty fair value for this in its current state, unfortunately too much dilution for too little upside with the KDG deal. Still loads of risk but with a capital restructure, funding deal and resource upgrade we may still see some good upside but until then bottom draw these things and look for other opportunities.
