I’ve got a little theory I’ve come up with. I’m not saying the theory is right, just saying it’s a poser.
Anthony leaving the Board for no apparent good reason was my bad omen moment that made me relook and reassess everything, and start see the darkness visible here, and all the problems.
But could there have there been more to it?
It’s not long before JB was ousted. We still don’t know how this happened except Dyer says to Kohler JB wasn’t even at the Board meeting when JB was removed, which is rather strange.
Now remember JB and Anthony go way back. JB recruited Anthony back into the business as MD when JB became Chairman in end 2017.
So here’s my theory. Did Anthony quit the Boatd for no stated reason at all - but for the real reason that other three had already decided to get JB and Anthony wanted no part of the plot to get his old friend?
The interesting thing about this theory is that they were going to get him for weeks and then got him in a meeting he didn’t even attend.
Why even mention this theory?
Has any journalist asked and quoted what JB thinks about all this? Yes, Kohler says JB called it “a punch in the back of the head” in other words a nasty surpise attack. Plus he said Guy’s midnight text was “harassment” of his wife.
My question to holders is what is JB going to do about all this? Is he just going to lie down after being punched in back of head and having wife harassed?
Theres all sorts of possible reactions and they are all very ugly for the stock. Sell.
