I have tried to rationalise the lack clear upward direction in SP also. For myself some reasons:

*Often think about why things obvious aren't so obvious to others: i.e. efficient market theory (others have same information as you) isn't always efficient!

*TZL falls way outside Aus. stk mkt comfort zone of mining, banks, insur, industrial. Technology is underappreciated as an investment sector because of risk that it gets overtaken/ obsoleted.

    * Institutions have strict guideline re style/ sector/size/ etc.etc they have to stay within not only because they get rated for sticking to their decreed process. TZL wouldn't fit into many of their pigeonholes. Its a one-off. But private investors yes maybe - but then have a look at the SP chart! You have to be an evangelist to have faith.

*There is still a huge risk in execution, which I feel many on HC underestimate - I daydream about the SP as much as next person but when you relate any $ to SP/Mkt, Sales/Mkt etc you realise that realistically multi-bags have to be some years off. Sorry, but I think we need to wait for the IPO to judge when sale price will go beyond early teens.

    * It is so unusual by being disruptive technology. For myself it took a while to figure out just what they have, so I am sure others also, but these people are also probably saying to themselves why bother when there are so many other more understandable opportunities; its easier to see a profit with an IPO that has some tenements with a whiff of Uranium?

    * Lets face it - it is almost an American Corporation - Americans will buy into it when it is made easy & visible to them- the IPO will get them doing it.

    Am I rationalising too much?
