Very well put and precise. It is so true when you say it is BIG COMPANY thinking..... The CEO lives in the clouds .... He really gave me a poor impression at the AGM as did some of the other directors who couldn`t wait to escape the close..Another truth is the BoD do not have a clue who to sell it too,  let alone how to sell it.... This was proven at the AGM...
The majority of the board have other personal interests and it was clear they are spending their time with them .... Contributing zero to NVO
DUTTON + CASS are definitely non contributors and are using the apathy of S/H`s to keep their position......

I just hope that this move is successful .... I have NO DOUBT that those behind this have an asset to bring to the company that could add value.

Your last paragraph sums up the company perfectly...
