Its likely they will need to to a consolidation of the register, assuming the get the correct ASX waivers
The minimum price they can raise at is 2 cents, happy to be corrected ?
So possible 10:1 consol then a raise @ 2 cents ?
If the acquisition is top notch, then this should not matter. IMO
