That's my point. Distance was considered & factored in. It's not rocket science, transport is only one cost. if NAGs is $10/T dearer for transport than another site offering the same facilities, then it's competitive if NAGs is $10/T cheaper than the other site in Price. That's easy!
The big Qn as Mogga says, is what sites can take it & be compliant with the EES. There are none in Melb that currently take PASS & treat it with Lime. So that leaves underwater sites that can take 1.3m Tonnes. Have seen anyone come up with any answers there either ... Well except for NAGs Pits.
