Ann: Change in substantial holding from MVT, page-3

Not real sure what they are up to, they have been slowly offloading since the last sub holding announcement ages ago. They certainly wouldn't give me the volume I wanted around 5-5.5cents.  i wonder if they have been capping this to get more cheap in a raising, if not then someone has been capping wanting their shares. I'd certainly take some off their hands and I bet I wouldn't be alone. If they are selling I'd like to see them gone not the slow drip feed they have done over the last year.
Maybe it is some adjustment the fund does automatically or something.

That said, imo it doesn't really matter, they only got about 5%. If they actually put them all up forsale it would provide some nice needed liquidy and a buying opp.
