Found this on page 12 of the Interim Financial Report, not sure it is bad, but it certainly isn't anything good.

During the half year the Group negotiated new covenant terms with its primary bankers for the remainingquarters of the FY19 financial year. Prior to the expiration of the financial year it is the intention by bothparties to revisit the terms beyond this period and to reach an agreement prior to 30 June 2019 on theapplicable quarterly banking covenants. Should these terms not be agreed with the Group’s bankers, thecompany may pursue other funding alternatives available to it to support the ongoing requirements of thebusiness.
